    Clinical infotmation: Chronic cervical pain.
    REPORT:
    MRI OF THE CERVICAL SPINE:

    - Normal alignment of the cervical spine without subluxation.
    Normal height and signal intensity of the cervical vertebrae and intervertbral discs.
    - Mild disc bulge with left posterior paracentral disc-osteophyte complex noted at C 3/4 Level causing impression on the thecal sac anteriorly and encroaching on the neural foramina mainly on the left side.
    - Global disc bulge with left posterior paracentral disc-osteophyte complex noted at C 5/6 Level effacing the thecal sac anteriorly and encroaching on the neural foramina mainly on the left side.
    - Normal dimensions and signal intensity of the cervical cord and craniocervical junction.
    - The spinal canal dimensions are within normal limits.
    - Normal paravertebral soft tissue.

    Please correlate the MRI findings clinically for further workup
